All our rooms are let fully furnished. Bathroom, shower and kitchen facilities are shared. Many rooms benefit from recent property upgrades and redecoration, with more improvements planned in the future.
Our accommodation is let on Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements for either 6 months or 12 months fixed terms.
Rents at Bonham Carter House, Warwickshire House, Elizabeth House and John Astor House start from;

All new residents pay one-month rent as a deposit, which is held securely and independently by the Deposit Protection Service.
The rent includes; heating, hot water, council tax and water rates. Wi-Fi is separately available for a small extra monthly fee.
Bonham Carter House & Warwickshire House
Bonham Carter House & Warwickshire House are on the same site in an Edwardian building constructed in 1912 and renovated in 1922 by famous retailers Bourne & Hollingsworth.
Sandwiched between RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts) and the Hospital of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine on Gower Street. Gower Street retains one of London’s longest sets of unbroken Georgian terraces.
Nearby attractions include the art deco styled Senate House, UCL’s Petrie Museum (accessed from Malet Place), the Grant Museum of Zoology with their respective Egyptian archaeology and natural history collections. While the British Museum is just around the corner. This is prime central London real estate, with great transport links including Goodge Street station a 5-minute walk away and Euston Square tube station at the junction of Gower Street and Euston Road.
Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road are both nearby to accommodate any of your entertainment, shopping, dining and socialising needs.
Bonham Carter House had a dramatic makeover to the reception, foyer, post room and games room recently. John Astor House
All 426 rooms at John Astor House are let fully furnished with a hand basin. Bathroom, shower and kitchen facilities are shared.
We fully refurbished 53 en-suite rooms during 2016/2017 and added another five high specification en-suite rooms in a contemporary new wing. The building boasts a new retro-Americana styled Laundry Room to the lower ground floor, with modern self-service machines. Download the App on both Android and IOS devices for easy cashless top-ups and machine management. The central courtyard offers open air space styled and refitted with astro-turf and fashionable garden furniture. Great for social gatherings and even alfresco dining.

Elizabeth House is right in the heart of London’s West End, within easy walking distance of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. You are within a stone's throw of Euston station and the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras. If shopping is your vice Selfridges is on your doorstep, as are some of the best restaurants in the capital. A short hop away you will find Regent's Park, the Embankment, Mayfair and Shepherds Market. The building is conveniently close to the main hospitals where many of our residents are employed by the NHS Trust.
All rooms are let fully furnished and rent start from £720.06 each calendar month. Rent includes all utility bills (except TV Licence and Wi-Fi costs).
How to apply
The deposit payment is no more than 5 weeks rent
Deposits are refundable subject to the condition of property and rent account at the end of your tenancy.
We do not take reservation payments, therefore cannot reserve rooms.
Yes - you must specify the month you require the property.
Utility bills are inclusive in the rent except for the TV Licence and WI-FI.
The property is fully furnished. We do not provide bed linen, utensils or cutlery.
We only provide single beds in our properties.
The accommodation is single occupancy only.
As stated in your tenancy agreement pets are not permitted.
Viewings are conducted Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm
On average you will share the facilities with seven other tenants.
The minimum contract is 6 months.
After 6 months the tenancy becomes a rolling contract.
You must adhere to the obligations laid out in your tenancy agreement.
The applicant is required to view the property in person for right to rent purpose.
Yes, however we strongly advise applicants to view the property and the amenities beforehand.
