Acorn Estate is made up of Victorian terraced houses converted into flats located on Cambridge Avenue, Cambridge Gardens and Oxford Road in Kilburn Park, London.
It has fantastic transport links, including trains, tubes and buses, and is on a bustling high street with a retro London Market. Paddington Recreation Grounds Park is in a 5 minute walking distance. It is a beautiful park with; tennis courts, running track (famously used by Roger Bannister during his training for the 4-minute mile) and a lovely cafe in the park grounds. Little Venice is a nearby residential tourist destination, about a 5-minute bus ride away, with its upmarket eateries and the basin of the Grand Union Canal, where all the brightly coloured and decorated residential barges converge and dock.
All rooms are let fully furnished. Bathroom, shower and kitchen facilities are shared. Many rooms benefit from recent upgrades, with more improvements planned for the near future. Our accommodation is let on Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements for either 6 months or 12 months fixed terms.
