As part of our improved digital services to customers, we have recently introduced Live Chat to this website.
Live Chat allows you to chat online instantly with our customer service advisors without having to phone or email us.

You can use Live Chat on your computer, laptop, phone or tablet, and so far customers are waiting less than one minute to speak to an advisor!

If you have not already used Live Chat, we encourage you to give it a go. We have already had great feedback from customers with over 90% customer satisfaction and compliments such as:

Next time you need to contact our customer service centre, we encourage you to consider using Live Chat. When you do, please let us know what you think! The service is currently only available to Legacy Genesis customers, but there are plans to make this available to all customers.

Please note, if you need to make a payment you will still need to call through to the customer service centre as this service is unavailable through Live Chat.
