What we are asking for - your information
We ask you for a range of information about yourself and your housing/employment situation. We use this information to tailor the opportunities which we send to you. We want to, as much as we can, send you opportunities which are relevant and the right fit for your needs.
Supplying your details allows us to know you a bit better and what you are interested in.
In the form we ask you to complete with your details, we will ask you to consent to us using your information to send opportunities to you. If you sign up, but at a later are no longer interested in hearing about training/employment opportunities then you can click the 'unsubscribe' link in the emails you receive.
Please be aware that if you unsubscribe from our training/employment emails this does not mean you are unsubscribed from all emails from Genesis.
If you would like to opt out of receiving customer communication emails from Genesis you can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you supply an email address when using one of our online support tools (report a repair online for example) you will receive an email as part of using this service.
Validating your information
We want to make sure that when we communicate with you online the contact details we have for you are correct so you aren't missing out on any important information.When you supply your contact information we will use this to check the details we have in our systems are up to date.
If any of the information you supply isn't on our systems it will be added. For example, if you are email address is missing for our records we will add it.
